- – Oil Change looks like it is 13k overdue. If this is true, I would walk away from this vehicle. – Left license plate light bulb is out – Brake pulsation felt in all braking conditions, but mostl felt in the brake pedal and the floor. A little bit is felt in the wheel. We would need to measure runout on the brake rotors to find the culprit. – Brake fluid is at 3% moisture content and should be changed.
