- ECU: P0335 – Crankshaft Position Sensor 'A' Circuit ABS/Traction Control: C1643:08 – CAN Signal Error – Engine Management System LKAS(Lane Keeping Assist System): C1642:02 – CAN Message Failure – Brake C1642:86 – CAN Message Failure – Brake Blind Spot Collision Warning: C1671:81 – Signal of Lateral Acceleration, Longitudinal Acceleration, Yaw Rate or YL PRES Status Invalid Vehicle drove great until it warmed up, then the Detection lights all came on, check engine came on and the vehicle went into limp mode. Drove the car back to the shop, raised it in the air, removed the skid plate and tested the crankshaft position sensor. We found that the sensor was open – no resistance. Recommend replacing the sensor and retesting to see if there are any further issues with the collision avoidance system. Our hope is that they are all related. We looked into the various ABS and collision Avoidance system codes and could not find adequate information to begin diagnosis. This is a very specific issue that unfortunately, the best source for diagnosis and repair is the dealership.
