He discussed options, pros and cons of various choices, and gave me his honest opinions about the … More risks/benefits of the options available. Not pushy at all, he wanted me to know and understand, the choices, and choose the best option for my circumstances. . Kevin impressed me as being extremely knowledgeable and competent, gave me detailed information about the steps he took to do my job with a very high level of perfectionism. Plus he had a free loaner car for my use while my vehicle was being serviced for several hours. That was a great help, and very uncommon in my experience. My work was completed on time, for exactly the amount quoted (which was very reasonable, I got 3 bids). Friendly and polite and very professional service. I am impressed.
